Retail

As well as operating from our base in Newquay, we have a site and control room in Sudbury-on-Thames. This is in a car park and shopping complex.
We will provide security cover for any store and shopping mall as we are currently doing in Bodmin and St Austell.

Key Holding

This is a service that we will be able to provide from February 2005.

Evening Stewarding

This sector of the industry will become licensed in 2005. We have already moved into this aspect by running a basic evening steward course for some of our staff. We are well aware of the investment in people and will ensure that they receive the appropriate training to enable them to fulfil any function asked of them. We will ensure that they are trained to the standard required and are licensed.
The modules will include such areas as access and control, ticketing and passes, customer care and searching.
Additionally we provide other training for their personal fitness and self esteem.

CCTV - Access Control

We have worked closely with a local company providing CCTV cover of sites requiring extra security protection. We have been able to prove the value of these systems on one of our sites.

Car Parking Services

We have just installed this service, which includes monitoring of car parks and open areas. In this field we offer clamping and removal service of unauthorised vehicles. Our operators have been trained accordingly.

Static and Mobile Guarding

As well as offering door supervision to certain locations we have been guarding holiday venues from North Cornwall coast right through to the South coast of Cornwall.
Our static positions also include small and large industrial sites.
We have introduced a mobile back up to these sites and provide patrols where appropriate.

Door Supervision

We have considerable experience of the supervision of licensed premises and we are supervising the entrances of various venues in Cornwall.
All our staff have undergone the recommended training as regulated by the Security Industry Authority and are appropriately tested.
All our managers have S.I.A Licenses.

Close Protection

Not something that is in high demand in the South West but we are currently offering this service to an individual.
We also have experience in operating in London and the South East.

Surveillance

This is a specialised field in which we would only use selected staff with sophisticated equipment.

Risk Assessment

With every site we are invited to work on, we undertake a risk assessment. This is to ensure the customer’s needs are met and that our staff can work in a safe and secure environment.
Every event and location should be assessed for risk.
